AOC and BOD are equal as they are vertically opposite angles
so let us take a common name for both as x
AOC + BOD = 266
x + x = 266 ; 2x = 266 ; x = 133
so x = AOC = BOD = 133
And then since adjacent angles sum up to 180
BOC + AOC = 180 
BOC = 47
so, BOC = AOD = 47 degrees
      AOC = BOD = 133 degrees
