If an ideal current ratio is 2:1, then the current ratio 3:2 is an increase or decrease in current ratio?

Dear Student
If current ratio is 3:2, it will shows a decrease in ideal current ratio. As ideal current ratio is 2:1 which shows we have just double current assets in comparison to our current liabilities. And 3:2 ratio represents shows we have 1.5 current assets in comparison to current liabilities.
