If α and β are the zeros of the quadratic polynomial f(x) = x2 - px + q, prove that a2/b2 + b2/a2 = p4/q2 - 4p2/q + 2

Given that α and β are the zeroes of the quadratic polynomial f ( x ) = x 2 px + q

In the given solution how did (a2 + b2)2 - 2a2b2 / a2b2 changed into [(a + b)2 - 2ab ]2 - 2(ab)2 / (ab)2
i didnt understand how -2a2b2/ a2b2 change to - 2(ab)2/ (ab)2 bcoz a2b2 and (ab)2 are two different things. I guess !!
i m confused..plzz help...

In the above solution, you have,
