If we put iodised salt in water and let it dessolve.After it dissolving,we heat it so the water evaporate leaving behind salt.
The question is will the salt now also contain iodine?

Yes the salt will still contain iodine since iodised salt contains sodium chloride with potassium iodide. Here the iodine is attached to the metal with strong bonds and heat cannot break them. Iodine can sublime if in elemental state but the stability of potassium iodide is very high and hence evaporation cannot remove it from salt.
