In a bar graph,0.25 cm length of a bar represents 100 people. Find the length of the bar that represents 2000 people.

Answer :

We know , In a bar graph length of bar  is 0.25  cm represent for 100 people .

So,

1 person represent in length of bar  = $\frac{0.25}{100}$

Therefore

2000 people represents in bar graph at length of bar  = $\frac{0.25 \times 2000}{100} = 0.25 \times 20$ =  5 cm                              ( Ans )
