ratio 3 : 1 If the total consumption of the two cereals in the
family is 28kg during the month of June, find the consumption of
wheat and rice during the month of July and April

Consumption is in ratio = 3 :1

Let x be the value

Consumption of wheat = 3x

Consumption of rice = x

Total consumption in month of june = 28 kg

3x + x = 28

4x = 28

X = 28/4 = 7

Hence , Consumption of wheat = 3*7 = 21 kg

Consumption of rice = 7 kg

If the Consumption is same in the month of july and
april

Then Consumption of wheat in july = 21 kg

Consumption of rice in july = 7 kg

Consumption of wheat in april = 21 kg

Consumption of rice in april = 7 kg
