$x = 9 \bar{16} 10 x = 91 66 (i) 100 x = 916 66 (ii)$ Subtracting (i) from (ii) $100 x - 10 x = 916 66 - 91 66 \Rightarrow 90 x = 825 \Rightarrow x = \frac{825}{90} \Rightarrow x = \frac{55}{6}$
