 In ncert it is written that by parathyroid  an increases the blood clacium level but here it is showed that it decreses the calicum level in the blood.which one is right?

I have checked the said topic and would like to mention that it is correctly mentioned in our study material  that parathyroid hormone increases blood calcium level. For further information, You may refer to the answer provided by your friend
