in poem why should we always mention the punctuation?

By general rule, the reading or the pace of the poem which is known as cadence is heavily influenced by punctuation, as it helps in the processing of thoughts. For example, when there is a comma, we know that the thought continues forward, and with an end stop we know that the particular train of thought has ended. With proper punctuation, one can understand a poem better, as the lack of punctuation, fails to give the reader a proper idea of what the poet is trying to convey.
