In thus can we write ans in fractions also why 2,4 are not included ? 2/8=1/4 & 4/8=1/2 , then why?

We can leave answer in fraction but its advisable to put answer in decimal. 
Also here we are talking about numbers divisible by 8 and not the factors of 8 so 2,4 will not be included
