Dear student,The dicot roots are tap roots. The outer layer is epidermis the cells of epidermis protrude as root hairs and the innermost layer is endodermis. The tissues present on the inner side of the endodermis such as pericycle, vascular bundles and pith constitute the stele.In dicot roots vascular bundles are radially arranged.Regards.
