Q1 WHY THE FE GOT FE2 AND O3 WHICH WAS O2 HOW IT BECAME O3

FE2 O3 . XH20

The correct formula of rusting is Fe2O3. nH2O. i.e. the hydrates of iron oxide. 

However the balanced equation provided by you is incomplete and the second step of the reaction is as follow:-

Fe2O3 + nH2O → Fe2O3. nH2

The easy way to understand the formation of the iron oxide is as follow:-

As iron exist as +3 oxidation state whereas oxygen is stable in -2 oxidation state
