Charge quantization states that total charge on the body must be an integral multiple of the fundamental charge which is the charge on an electron(e).

Given,
​Q = 9.8 × 10-12 C
e = 1.6 × 10-19 C
Number of electrons,n=Qe=9.8×10-121.6×10-19=6.125×107=6125×104


Here , n is an integer.
So the body can have  a charge of 9.8 × 10-12 C.
