Is Coal ,petroleum, and natural gas uses final source of energy and also as the primary source?explain with the help of example?

I believe you are mixing the two sources. Look on the basis of transformation, energy sources can be classified as primary sources and as final sources. Primary sources are further classified as renewable and non-renewable sources of energy. Coal, petroleum and natural gas by definition are primary energy sources, since they need not to be further transformed into any other form. On the other hand, final energy sources are first transformed, wherein, their form gets changed. For instance, coal and petroleum are used up to generate electricity. Now, the resultant is used up directly in the form as derived- i.e. electricity. Thus, electricity is the final source, whereas, coal, petroleum and natural gas are primary sources of energy.
