Is it possible that a force changes the direction of motion but not the speed of an object. Give an example

Dear student,
Yes, it is possible that a force changes the direction of the motion but not the speed of an object. It is possible when we apply force at 900 or perpendicular to the direction of the displacement. Thus, this will change the direction but not the speed or velocity of the object.
The examples are :
1)In a cricket when a batsman hit a ball bowled at him, the direction in which the ball is moving changes.
2)In a football match, the direction of the football is changed when kicked by a footballer in the different direction.
