Is Narrative writing and story writing same?

Narrative writing is a narration of an event or incident and therefore, it is descriptive in type. It is usually written in conversational style, but without dialogues. It does not have a particular format. But the following pattern can be followed.
Title of the narration
Introduction to the theme
Body
Conclusion
It has to be written in first person.
A story, on the other hand, is a narration of an event or even a creative thought. It need not be in first person, as the story may be told by another person too.
