No , the magnet on the door of a refrigerator is not an electromagnet because when their is no current in refrigerator magnets on the door also works. Electromagnet is a substance which behaves like magnet only in the presence of current.

the conductors which retain their magnetic properties as long as current flows through them are called electromagnet but since the magnets in the doors of refrigirators doesnt bear any such condition for retaining their magneic properties,they are not electromagnets.
