Is thermoplastic a good conductor of heat or not?

Thermoplastic is a type of plastic. It becomes soft on heating and again hardens when cooled. Due to this property thermoplastics can be moulded into different shapes. But like all plastic materials thermoplastics are also bad conductors of heat and electricity (Insulators) as they do not allow heat and light to pass through them.
