It is observed that water is boiling at it's temperature with the full concentration of heat. If we disturb that concentration by mixing the salt with it, will the substance will change into water vapours as like considered by the first observation when the liquid was at the concentration? Specify your answer.

Solution -
When we add salt , it makes it difficult for the water molecules to escape from the container and enter the gas phase, which happens when water boils and it results giveing water a higher boiling point.
So yes we can say salt increases the boiling temperature, but not by very much difference. If you add 20 grams of salt to five litres of water, instead of boiling at 100° C, it'll boil at 100.04° C.
