Differences:
1. The force acting perpendicularly on the surface of an object is called as the thrust whereas the effect of thrust which depends upon the area on which force is applied is called pressure.
2. Thrust is the perpendicular force and pressure is the force or thrust per unit area.
3. The SI unit of thrust is Newton (N) while pressure as an SI unit of Pascal (Pa).
 
1 Pascal means a force of 1 N acting on an area of 1 m2.
1 Newton is the force applied on a body of 1 kg mass to produce 1m/s2 acceleration in it.

We know that;

Pressure = force / area.

So, if the area is doubled, the pressure will become half of the earlier value.
