Buffer :- to provide protection against harm, It is the temporary storage of data during its processing or sending.
In Chemistry : The solutions which resist change in pH on dilution or with the addition of small amounts of acid or alkali are called Buffer Solutions.
Example: a mixture of ammonium chlorides and ammonium hydroxide acts as a buffer solution around pH 9.25 and a mixture of acetic acid and sodium acetate acts as a buffer solution around pH 4.75
