Moderates or radicals whose policies is better why

Both moderates and radical have different ideas, policies  and methodologies to fight against the British. Both were considered good in their own possible way. It is difficult to categorise as good or bad. But the policies of the radicals were fully against the British and their demands were to bring full independence and freedom. But the policies of the moderates were pro British who did not demand for freedom but certain rights.
