mujhe bio ka Investigatory Project diya hai on the topic "study of pollination in sunflower and legumes" pls give hint or points what to do and what to write ..! Thank u for answering in advance

Solution:

You can begin with the detailed information on what pollination is and what are various agents that carry out pollination.
Pollination is the process of transferring the pollen grain from the male anther  to the female stigma in flowers. Seeding is the process of making offsprings for the next generation and seeds have genetic information to produce new plant.
Pollination is a multistep process..
Step1- The flower petals are bright colour and fragrant scent attracts insects.

Step2- the insect arrives at flower to collect nectar.

Step3- As the insect is gathering the nectar, it rubs against the anther., Which rubs the pollens onto the insects.

Step4- Now the same hungry insect is attracted by another flower's bright colour.

Step 5-  As the insect feeds on the nectar in the new flower, the pollen stick to the insect from the first flower rubs on the female part of another new flower.

Step 6- Now the pollens travel down by their way and then finally enter into the ovary.

Pollination in sunflower and legumes: In sunflower pollination takes place through insects like honey bees. In legumes, it occurs either through wind or bees.

Note: Describe the structure of sunflower and and legumes and then describe the entire process of pollination in them in detail.
