Name the disease causing microbes that lives and remains active inside the host cell?

Many of the disease causing agents  such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, protozoa  remain active and live inside the host cell. 

All types of viruses live only inside the cells.

Examples under bacteria includes- Rickettsia, etc

Examples under Fungi includes Pneumocystis jirovecii.  etc

Examples under Protozoa includes Plasmodium species,etc
