On the basis of what internal structure of kidney is divided into cortex n medulla??? Or the presence of what divides them?

Arcuate Vessels are located at the border of renal cortex and renal medulla. The nephrons, functional unit of kidneys are partly present in renal cortex and partly present in renal medulla.
