"Permeability of the Henle's loop to water differs in different seasons". substantiate the statement?

Descending limb of loop of Henle is permeable to water and ascending limb of loop of Henle is permeable to ions. The permeability of loop of Henle remains same in all season but in summer season more water is lost through our body therefore urine formed is concentrated. So, in summer season it is recommended to drink more water. In winter season less water is lost through our body therefore urine formed is not so concentrated. Seasonal variation does not increases or decreases the permeability of loop of Henle to water.
