PH3 +H2O-----?

No reaction occurs between PH3 and H2O. PH3 is very non-polar compound, it dissolves in organic solvent.

PH3 + H2O --- impossible. there is no direction of mass transfer as the dissociation constants of the protons is incredibly incredibly small. So if there is no direction for mass transport, there is no disocciation and hence no reaction. PH3 does not act as an acid nor a base and will not dissolve as its natural state is in the gas phase.
