2 They can act as predators or parasites.

5 They may hybridise with the local species.

Now, according to the given options:
 Parthenium, Lantana​​​​ and  Eichhornia are alien species which invade our native crop plants. But Nile perch is a fish which is not an exotic species in Indian context. 

Therefore, option 'd' is correct.
