Power sharing can be done with vertical and horizontal both . Horizontal Power sharing means by legislation, executive Hence P is right but in central government all religious communities do not have reserved seats and having no constitutional background.The reservation is limited for SC/ST communities.Hence Q is wrong.The correct answer is A only
