Dear Student,

1. If medium A is optically denser than medium B, then the speed of light is higher in medium B than in medium A (option c).
As the density of medium increases the speed of light in that medium decreases i.e. more denser the medium less the speed of light.
2. When light travels from an optically denser medium to a rarer medium it bends away from the normal (option a).
3. The splitting of white light into its constituent colours is called dispersion (option b).
4. When object is placed between focus and optical centre of the convex lens than the lens acts as magnifying glass and form a enlarged image of the object (option b).

5. Hypermetropia is a defect of vision in which a person can see distant object clearly but is not able to see nearby object clearly.
A hypermetropic eye has its least distance of distinct vision greater than 25 cm. 
So the correct option is object 25 cm away (option a).
