Dear Student, 1)Aerobic respiration, it a reaction in which oxidation of glucose takes place thereby releasing energy, therefore, call as a exothermic reaction. Represented as: Glucose + Oxygen → Carbon dioxide + Water + Energy C6H12O6 (aq) + 6O2 (g) → 6CO2 (g) + 6H2O (l) Anaerobic reaction, it is a reaction in which glucose is converted in to alcohol in the absence of oxygen which can be represented as Glucose → Alcohol + CO2 + Energy It is generally occurred in lower organisms including bacteria, yeast and during vigorous exercise. 2)Breathing is a process which involves inhalation and exhalation of air by the nostrils whereas Respiration involves exchange of gases and oxidation of food in the cells for the production of energy. 3) a)In leaves respiration takes place through stomata. b) In the plants having young stem exchange of gases takes place through stomata c) In the plants having woody stem exchange of gases takes place through lenticles. 4)a.Trachea b.Gills c. Lungs 5) The process in which food is broken down in the cells to release energy is known as respiration. The process by which green plants make their own food in the presence of sunlight, chlorophyll, carbon dioxide and water is known as photosynthesis. Regards
