Mass of the wood = Mass of then spirit displaced {Vρ}_{w} g = A \times 12 \times ρ_{s} \times g ρ_{s} = \frac{V \times ρ_{w} \times g}{A \times 12 \times g} ρ_{s} = \frac{15 \times A \times ρ_{w} \times g}{A \times 12 \times g} ρ_{s} = 0.83 g / {cm}^{3}
