Plot a conversation between a penguin and a polar bear in which they talk over the telephone abouttheir problems due to changing climatic conditions because of

global warming. Let the conversation have a hopeful ending.

Penguin:  Hello, Polar bear how are you? This is Penguin from Antarctica.

Polar Bear: Hello, I am fine. How about you?

Penguin: I am ok. The temperature is rising day be day and we are find it difficult to adjust to the new environmental conditions. It was good few years ago, when we did not have to work so hard for food. But these days it’s been difficult to find krill these days because of the disappearing sea ice. I lost  2 chicks few months ago.

Polar bear: Oh really? How is that?

Penguin: I had kept my chicks on the land –locked sea ice for rearing, but before they were fully matured and grown their water proof feathers, my chicks were swept into the ocean. Adelie, is also not able to find snow free ground for nesting. We have to leave our young ones here starving and go in search of prey to longer distance. How about you? How is the life in Arctic?

Polar bear: Same here. We are not able to find seals. We too have to spend lots of energy and time. We also find less time to reproduce. We have to swim long distances to get our food. If this continues I think we will not even have some place to live. Its getting really harder, it was good few years ago, when every thing was readily available. Hope to see a better future in the coming years.

Penguin: Yes, True. I heard that the humans are developing new ideas in order to reduce global warming. Hope they find a solution. It was nice talking to you. Be in touch. Bye take care.
