1. Haemophilia is an X linked recessive disease. Male (father) cannot be carrier. If haemophilic gene is present on X chromosome of male, it is always affected.

Now, if the woman would is a carrier, her genotype would be XhX. This woman marries a normal man whose genotype would be XY. Lets make a cross:

​(Affected)

​(Normal)

From the above cross,  we can infer that 25% of  the children suffer from haemophilia and 75% are unaffected (50% normal and 25% carrier).

2. If a haemophilic woman (XhXh) marries a normal man (XY), the cross would be as follows:

(Carrier)
XhX
​(Carrier)
Y XhY
​(Affected)
XhY
​(Affected)

From the above cross, we can infer that 50% of  the children suffer from haemophilia and 50% are unaffected (carrier).
