(i) It is given that the three points are equidistant to each other. So, AB=BC=AC. 
Since all the three sides are equal in length, triangle ABC is an equilateral triangle.
So, 

$$\begin{gathered} \angle BAC = 60° \\ Since the angle subtended by an arc at the centre of a circle is double the angle subtended at any point on the circumference, \\ \angle BOC = 2\times \angle BAC = 2\times 60 = 120° \end{gathered}$$
