Q.IS USE OF BE OR ITS OTHER FORM - A IDENTIFICATION OF PASSIVE VOICE?
Q. IS SUBJECT-VERB AGREEMENT APPLICABLE ONLY ON PASSIVE FORM?

Passive voice is indicated by the way in which the 'be' verb is used. For example, "The principal scolded Vishal" becomes "Vishal was scolded by the principal."
Subject-Verb agreement is applicable to active voice as well. For example, "Neither Sonia nor her sister claims responsibility for the broken vase."
