Q. Isn't it wrong for a book to print this text? How can they just say that " its better for a woman to be at home"!!??

You have to understand that this context is printed in the book to convey the fact that, though women are involved in house hold duties, they do not have to spend much time for casting their votes as the elections are held in our country once in 5 years. During this time, even if the women is on the working front or in domestic duties, she has the flexibility to cast her votes, her basic fundamental right any time
