buoyant force FB= v×ρ×gv is volume of submerged body,ρ is density of liquidg is acceleration due to gravityas the baloon is completely submerged and is sinking into water,the volume of baloon will reduce as pressure will increase with depth inside water
Density of water remains nearly constant
Thus buoyant force will decrease
