Question no 6 &7 give reason for your answer

6. Which of the following represents correct decreasing order of polarity?
(a) NH3  > PH3 > AsH3 >SbH3
(b) NH3 > SbH3 > AsH3 > PH3
(c) SbH3 > AsH3 > PH3 > NH3
(d) NH3 > AsH3 > SbH3 > NH3

7. The species having maximum stability is
(a) CN+        (b) CN              (c) CN-          (d) ON

Dear Student6.Polarity of a compound depends on the electronegativity difference of the atoms.H has a electronegativity difference of 2.2 and N, P, As, Sb, Bi has electronegativity of 3.0, 2.1, 2.0, 1.9 and 1.9 respectively.Thus, we infer from data that as we go down the group the elctronegativity of the elements in 15th group decrease and become less than that of hydrogen leaving Nitrogen.From this, we can conclude that NH3 will be most polar.Then , Calculating the electronegativity difference we can say that SbH3 > AsH3 > PH3 (order for polarity)Combining the two, order of polarity is NH3 > SbH3 > AsH3 > PH3Kindly ask the other query via different thread so the experts can help you soon.Regards

6.option (1) is correct
as the atomic number increases or as you go down, the Atom gets bigger in size.....so the polarity reduces
For question 7. Please find bond order of all species
