Jasmine: Layering method. In this method, one side of the branch of the parent plant is used to buried in the moist soil . after few days when the roots comes out form the parent branch , the branch with new roots cut off from the parent plant and allowed to grow and to develop on their own.

Dahlia can be vegetatively propagated by root tubers and stem cuttings.
Lilies:
