Resting Phase is the most active phase of cell cycle. Justify this statement!
The interphase is sometimes called as resting phase. Though it does not show the characteristic changes of a dividing cell, it is carrying on the vital activities of the other phases like S phase,G1 phase & G2 phase.
That’s why the interphase (Resting phase) is considered as an active phase or energy phase.
