is also connected in the electric circuit So will the bulb draw all
the current passing through the wire into it or a specific amount
and let other pass smoothly?

Dear Student, In the electric circuit the value of current indicate
rate of flow of charge and it will be same if all the components in
the circuit are in series combination So, in your query wire and
bulb connected in the same branch will have same current Regards
