Construct a triangle ABC in which BC=6cm,AB=5cm and ABC = 60 ° .
Then construct another triangle whose sides are 3 4 times the corresponding sides of A B C .

Dear student,

1) Draw a line segment AB=5 cm2) Make a 60° angle from point B and draw BC=6cm3) Join A and C to get the triangle ABC.Dividing the base:4) Draw a ray at an acute angle from BA5) Plot 4 points on BA so that BB1= B1B2= B2B3= B3B46) Draw a line from B3 parallel to B4A so that it meets AB at point AD'.7) Draw A'C'ACA'C'B is the required triangle.

First construct the triangle of given measurements and then draw line below triangle and cut it into 4 arcs . Join the main triangle with the 4th point and draw a line parallel to it through 3rd point and construct small triangle

If the ratio is a proper fraction then the triangle would be smaller but if it is improper fraction then the triangle must be bigger.
