Some acids are dangerous , other are not .Explain,giving example.

Acids like H2SO4, HCl and HNO3 are corrosive and can burn any living tissue. They corrode metals.
Some acids maybe harmful in concentrated form but are useful in their diluted form.
An example is acetic acid which can cause burns in concentrated form but is used in cooking and as a condiment in its diluted form, vinegar.
Citric acid is used as a preservative in foods and gives a sour and acidic taste to food.

not all acidsare dangerous, it really depends on the quantity and how acidic they are. For instance, there is citrus acid in some of the fruits we eat. There are many types of acid. Some acids like concentrated Nitric acid, Sulphuric acid are dangerous for us as these acids burn our body. On the other hand some acids are useful for us. For example Citric acid found in lemon and delute Hidrochloric acid found in stomach.
