Solution:

As we know that when the sum of two angles is equal to 90^o, it is known as complementary angles.

Let us assume that one angle be X^o, then the other angle wiil be (90 - X)^o.

So the equation we get is

X + 1/2 of (90 - X) = 75

2X + 90 - X/2 = 75

X + 90 = 150

X = 150 - 90 = 60^o.

Since one angle is 60^o, then the other angle will be (90 60) = 30^o.

Ans: 60^o and 30^o.
