Please find the difference between Stomata and lenticles below:

Stomata are tiny pores present in the epidermis of the leaves. Each stomata is composed of two bean shaped cells known as guard cells which are responsible for regulating the size of the opening. Stomata regulate the process of transpiration and gaseous exchange. Whereas, lenticels are present on the stem or bark, the parenchymatous cells ruptured the epidermis and formed lens shaped openings or spongy area in the cork surfaces of the stems. Lenticels permit the exchange of gases between the outer atmosphere and the internal tissue of the stem.
