The Constitution of India gives the authority to Supreme Court and High Courts for issuing the writs to enforce the fundamental rights as conferred by Indian Constitution.There are different types of writs such as Mandamus, Habeas Corpus, Prohibition, Certiorari and Quo- Warranto.
