Let the radius of the wheel = r

Diameter = 2r = 21cm

Circumference of the circle = 2

r = 22/7 * 21

 = 66 cm

total distance = 1.98km = 1980m = 198,000 cm

total no. of revolutions = total distance / circumference of the wheel

 = 198000 /66

=3000 revolutions
