The length of a rectangular field is twice its breadth. If the perimeter of the field is 150 m, find its length & breadth.

Perimeter = 2 (L + B)

150 = 2 (2x + x)

150/2 = 2x + x

75 = 3x

x = 75/3

x = 25
Length = 2x = 2 * 25 = 50 m
Breadth = x = 25 m

breadth=x

length=2x

ATQ

2[l+b]=100

2[2x+x]=150

4x+2x=150

6x=150

x=25cm

length=2x

25*25=625cm
