Given: Length of tape = 10 m = 10 × 100 cm = 1000 cm

 = 1000 × 10 mm = 10000 mm

and width of tape = 2.4 cm = 2.4 × 10 mm = 24 mm

∴ Length : Width = 10000 : 24 = 1250 : 3
